Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 for all orders. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

After the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7–16 business days, depending on your location and the local courier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
